About this Role

EXPERIENCE- 6+ yrs, preferably in Housing or Hospitality

SKILLS REQUIRED - Proficiency in CAD

- Proficiency in Sketchup/Revit

- Microsoft Excel

- Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills

RESPONSIBILITIES-

PROJECT LEAD (Oversee design development, detailed engineering upto site execution)
Effective communication and formal representation to clients & coordination with consultants/subconsultants.
Lead the development of creative and functional designs that align with client needs and firm standards.
Getting prepared, reviewing and issuing GFC drawings on site.
Reviewing tender documents & BOQ’s.
