Interior Architect / Senior Interior Designer – Remote

ETMAM is looking for a highly creative and technically strong Interior Architect / Senior Interior Designer to join our growing team remotely.

We are looking for someone who can take a project from concept to execution — not only create attractive renders. You should be able to think creatively, plan spaces intelligently, develop strong design concepts, and translate them into accurate, buildable technical solutions.

Projects may include:

• Commercial and retail spaces

• Cafés and restaurants

• Offices and workspaces

• Villas and residential interiors

• New concepts and special development projects

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop interior concepts from brief to final design

• Space planning and functional layouts

• Floor plans, furniture layouts and circulation planning

• High-quality 3D modeling and visualization

• Detailed technical and construction drawings

• Ceiling, flooring and lighting plans

• Custom furniture, joinery and architectural details

• Material and finish specifications

• MEP coordination

• Coordination with contractors and suppliers

• Review site conditions and solve design and technical issues

• BOQ / quantity take-off support where required

• Prepare complete, execution-ready design packages

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Strong professional portfolio

• Excellent space-planning ability

• Strong understanding of materials, detailing and construction

• Professional proficiency in AutoCAD

• Strong 3D modeling and visualization skills

• Ability to produce detailed technical and construction drawings

• Understanding of MEP coordination

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

• Strong contemporary design sense and attention to detail

HIGHLY PREFERRED

• Revit / BIM capability

• BOQ and quantity take-off experience

• Fit-out and site experience

• Commercial and F&B project experience

• Kitchen and service-area planning experience

• Lighting design knowledge

• Custom furniture and joinery design

• Experience coordinating remotely with site teams

PORTFOLIO IS MANDATORY

We are particularly interested in seeing real project work, including space plans, technical drawings, construction details, and completed/built projects where available — not only renders.

CONTRACT

The initial contract is for 6 months based on our current project pipeline, with the possibility of renewal and transition into a long-term role based on performance and business requirements.
