Key Responsibilities
- Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings
- Prepare 2D & 3D designs using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and related software
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, and site teams
- Conduct site visits and supervise project execution
- Prepare working drawings, presentations, and material specifications
- Ensure designs meet project timelines and quality standards
- Collaborate with interior designers and project managers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch)
- Minimum 3+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of:
- AutoCAD
- SketchUp
- Lumion / V-Ray (preferred)
- Good communication and project coordination skills
- Experience in residential and commercial interior projects preferred
Preferred Candidate
- Creative and detail-oriented
- Strong portfolio of completed projects
- Ability to handle projects independently
- Immediate joiners preferred
